Monthly Life Coaching Subscription
This monthly subscription is ideal for individuals who feel that they are doing well on their healing journey and would find monthly support to help combat any stressors taking place in their lives. To help keep themselves accountable toward their goals and desires. To have a safe space to release any distress to a non-judgmental third party person. To have an upkeep on their mental health wellness. Normally, this is a great fit for individuals who have received some sort of wellness care in the past that was consistent (therapy, counseling, weekly life coaching, bi-weekly life coaching) and are slowly transitioning towards stability in their healing. This is also a great plan for those who are interested in healing on a budget.
No Show/ Cancelation Policy
At this time, there is no penalty for missing or canceling a session. Please be courteous and let Stef know as soon as you can so we can reschedule. If this becomes an issue, Stef will begin charging a five-dollar fee for the inconvenience. Again, the fee is only enforced upon repetitive behavior.
Refund Policy
No refunds are accepted at this time. All sales are final. If you miss a session, you can reschedule. If you miss a few sessions, they will not expire. You can just add them to the following month.
Rescheduling
You will not be charged any rescheduling fees. Your sessions do not expire. If you need to reschedule please text Stef or email her with your preferred date, time, and time zone immediately.

How are sessions facilitated?
Sessions are facilitated at your choice of a Zoom video call or a Zoom phone call. You will have the option to have your Zoom call recorded or you can decline. The recording is just a bonus.
If you are visiting San Diego, California, and would like to have an in-person session, Stef is happy to make time for you and have a session outside at Balboa Park or an agreed spot of your choice.
